Erin believes that the greatest gift that Christian leaders have to offer others is their own life with God—and so she is passionate about helping leaders cultivate greater depth and intimacy in their relationship with God. She works with individuals and institutions to create spaces and practices that offer people the opportunity to abide more and more in God's love. Erin has served in chaplaincy and parish ministry. Erin holds an M.Div. from Harvard Divinity School and is an Anglican priest and a trained spiritual director.

Tiffany has a background in transformational work in diverse arenas, including higher education, business, non-profit organizations, and the local church. Her passion is to help leaders thrive in their roles through Spiritual Direction and Transformational Coaching. She loves offering workshops in spiritual formation—training Christian leaders and their teams to develop greater intimacy with God, and thus develop a stronger partnership with the Holy Spirit in their places of service. Tiffany is a certified Spiritual Director and holds an M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot School of Theology.

Ellen, who is the director of ReNew, has experience in ministry that spans over two and a half decades and has included ministry and/or leadership in several areas including youth, missions, local outreach, young adults, women’s ministry, prayer, spiritual formation and church planting. For 16 of these years her focus has been on leading, developing and ministering to other Christian leaders. Ellen’s passion and calling as a spiritual director and coach as well as a creator and contextualizer of formational resources, is to walk alongside leaders and help them live and lead with a posture of "paying attention”—paying attention to a kind of relationship with God that invites deeper transformation of all of who they are, because it is who they are that influences every relationship they have and everything they do. Ellen holds an M.A. from Talbot School of Theology in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care.

Holly believes the only enduring transformative power in this life is the love of God. She longs to walk alongside leaders, helping them discover the heart of God at every turn. Over the past seven years of serving within a missions organization Holly has cultivated the tools of Spiritual Direction, Coaching, Retreat, Discernment etc. to serve leaders (in many varied arenas of life), that they may be formed into the image of Christ through rich relationship with him. She is currently finishing her M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care at Talbot.

David served in full-time, cross-cultural ministry in Germany for over 13 years in a variety of roles, most recently in pastoral and leadership positions. His experiences developed in him the conviction that Christ-centered ministry springs from cultivating a Christ-centered life. David’s warm, inviting personality helps to create a space where people can encounter Christ’s healing presence, have their burdens lifted and begin to develop healthy rhythms of life and ministry. David has a M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and is currently working towards becoming a spiritual director. David and his wife Melissa live with their two children in the Pacific Northwest.
Melissa Mettler, Portland, Oregon

Melissa served as a missionary in Germany for over 13 years where she sensed God calling her to step into the ministry of spiritual direction. Her experiences as a leader on the field are a resource that enable her to walk alongside others through the mountains and valleys of ministry life. Many years of living in Christian community have also opened Melissa to the beauty of hospitality and how God uses it to shape, heal and meet with us—a gift she enjoys sharing with others. Melissa trained as a spiritual director through Sustainable Faith in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She now lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, David, and two children.

Angelie is a recovering engineer-turned-pastor, life coach, and certified spiritual director. She uses all of her own wide life experience to walk with anyone going through transition, grief, a dry season, or hard questions. Helping leaders develop greater authenticity and purpose is especially gratifying to her, knowing that courage and joy inevitably following, touching everyone around them. She is committed to the rebirth of expressions of Christian faith that reach into neighborhoods with radical compassion and practical justice. Angelie holds an M.Div with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary and also holds certificates in Contemplative Leadership, StrengthsFinder Coaching and Enneagram Instruction.

Maria has mentored women in ministry for over 20 years. Her desire is to walk alongside women in ministry who are bound by religion, culture or brokenness and see them unleashed towards freedom to serve and being who they were made to be. Because of her bilingual skills/culture she’s able to see both sides of the border as one and utilize her coaching skills in both the United States and Mexico. Certified in "Prepare and Enrich," and as Breakthru University-trained coaches, Maria and her husband, Shaun also focus on mentoring marriages and premarital counseling emphasizing cross cultural relationships. Maria and Shaun live in San Diego, California with their two young adult sons.

Shaun has worked with leaders for 32 years. Using his gift of encouragement as well as his coaching and mentoring skills, he helps leaders find the resources needed to stay healthy and continue growing in their journeys with God, family, self and ministry. With his training as a coach through Breakthru University and his experience in living in Mexico for over 23 years, Shaun offers the skills and heart to work with leaders on both sides of the border. Offering experience through life and certification in "Prepare and Enrich," he and his wife, Maria, also coach couples in their marriages and offer premarital counseling focusing on cross cultural relationships. Shaun, Maria and their two sons live in San Diego, California.

Mark is graduate of the Institute for Spiritual Formation at Biola University where he was trained as a spiritual director. He served in the U.S. Navy for 21 years and has three adult children. His heart is to serve leaders as a safe person who is willing to walk alongside them in the changing seasons of life. Mark holds an M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot School of Theology, and serves as a spiritual director for pastors and ministry leaders. He and his wife, Donna, live in La Mirada, CA.
Jenny Walley, Glasgow, Scotland

Jenny was born and raised on the west coast of America, where she trained as a spiritual director and completed an MA in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care at Talbot School of Theology. After taking a break from outward ministry in order to raise her own small leaders, she returns to serving Christian leaders. Jenny offers group spiritual direction for Christian leaders and leadership teams, leads and crafts day retreats and retreats-in-daily life. She is working to develop networks of women and men who seek to minister from a place of deeper intimacy with God, and can encourage each other to that end. Jenny, her husband and three small children live together in Scotland.
